TRD Thermal Diffusion Process
At TeikuroTRD, we provide superior service on every part regardless of your company’s size. Our TRD process uses a vanadium carbide layer measuring .0001 to .0008 inches thick with a hardness of 3,200 to 3,800 Vickers that greatly increases the life of forming and shearing tools used under severe working conditions.
