DLC-Si Characteristics

  1. Lowest Coefficient of Friction among any other coatings
    DLC-Si (0.1μから0．05μ) CrN/TiN (0.6μから0.5μ）

  2. Anti-galling property helps reduce and resit any and all galling.

  3. Low temerature process causes no size changes.

  4. Exceptional adhesion strength to the substrate material.

  5. Non-stick property of DLC-si provides consistant and successful releasability regardless of substrate material.
